Brooklyn-based nonprofit SaveArtSpace has partnered with Superchief Gallery to bring more public art to Miami via advertisement space. Your art on billboards and other advertisement space for Miami Art Week and Art Basel.
Superchief Gallery is an independent artist-run gallery with permanent large scale warehouse locations in New York and Downtown Los Angeles. We have been written about in LA Weekly, the Village Voice, Juxtapoz Magazine, The New Yorker, Interview Magazine, Vice, Italian Vogue and many others. Superchief has a history of supporting artists from disparate scenes and collectives, enabling them to participate in the larger community. As a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary platform, Superchief Gallery is an extension of the cultural landscape in its most raw and honest form.
Superchief Gallery was founded in 2012 by Edward Zipco & Bill Dunleavy in Brooklyn, New York.
We invite artists of all ages and talents to submit between September 28 and October 31, 2018. There is a $10 donation per image to participate, each donation is a tax deduction and goes to producing public art. Each artist is encouraged to submit up to ten images. The selected artists will be exhibited on advertisement space in Miami for Miami Art Week and Art Basel. An artist reception will be held at the Superchief Gallery Miami on Friday, December 7.
Curated by SaveArtSpace co-founders Travis Rix & Justin Aversano.
All submissions will be featured on SaveArtSpace social media pages with the permission of the artist.
